Using Texture in your Wedding

Wow!  What a fabulous wedding.  “Texture” was the word for the day.  When I first met Heather at the beautiful Bella Collina Mansion, she had a very distinct rustic vision for her wedding.  This would be complete with old crates, burlap, and milk jugs.  Unfortunately, sometimes circumstances cause Brides to have to bend or even change their original vision.

The second time I met with Heather, she informed me that there were some things that had to be changed because her color theme had changed.  With the new dark plum color and her dress style, we could not use her original rustic look.  However, we gave her an leegant rustic look with a large variety of flowers and textures including blue thistle, lavender roses, seeded berries, dusty miller, callas, pumpkins, green ameranthus and kale.

Balancing the flowers and the color theme of the wedding is a specialty that we at Always & Forever Florist have experience in doing. Take a few minutes to view some of the arrangement designs we came up with for Heather this past weekend.  Hope you enjoy and please leave a comment below or like and share on Facebook.
